The vision of the A.C. Milan Academy is to develop each and every player's skills, technically and tactically. This will greatly increase the understanding of each player's role on the soccer field. The Academy also aims to equip our players with vital life skills, such as focus, stamina and discipline that will place them in good stead in all other aspects of their lives.

 | Players can tryout for an AC Milan team by contacting the coach of the team they wish to tryout for and/or attending annual tryouts conducted under the supervision of the Director of Coaches. Players can also be evaluated and placed on teams while attending AC Milan Camps and Clinics. |
 | AC Milan Academy Santa Clarita conducts both a developmental program available to all boys and girls 4 to 8 years of age and a competitive program available to boys and girls 9 to 18 years of age. Players for the competitive program will be selected via open try-outs and/or a recommendation for promotion from our development program by the Director of Coaches.
